The ultimate road trip, a drive along the Pacific Coast Highway is a rite of passage. The scenic cliffside curves of Highway 1 cover over 700 miles of magical California coastline. Driving North to South keeps you on the edge-literally. If it's on your bucket list, don't dawdle as multiple sections of the road have been closed recently for repairs. The fog can roll in thick and quick here. There were several failed attempts, but this shot makes it worth the effort.
